![]() ![]() If the card is declined at the card level, there is little the bank or the vendor can do about it. If your card is one of the major ones, there should be a number on the back of the card and they can usually work out any issues. Usually, this is something you have to talk to the card issuer about. Suspicious looking purchases can often trigger a card being declined but a phone call to the issuing company can usually fix it if it's a ligit purchase once they have the name of the vendor. Same answer each time - automatic near instantaneous response: I have sent of three emails to Affinity including their accounts address. I talked to the bank and they say the transaction is in "pending" mode waiting for Affinity to do well - something. I get an instant response from Affinity stating that the transaction is declined. It is the same card I used to upgrade to CO v23 last month and the same card I used to purchase Affinity Photo in the first place. I tried to upgrade but for some reason Affinity will not accept my credit card. ![]()
